LHH is seeking a Global Business Process Management Driver professional to join Sidel, a worldwide leader in packaging and automation.
We are looking for a professional to join the Business Process Management team. You will play a key role in governing and optimizing business processes globally, promoting common standards, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in an international environment.
Responsibilities
As a Global Business Process Management Driver, you will be responsible for improving process effectiveness across multiple functions. You will support governance, documentation, and continuous enhancement of end-to-end processes, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements and strategic business objectives.
The Candidate Will Be Directly Responsible For
- Risk & Controls: Identify process risks and implement effective control mechanisms to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Performance Measurement: Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate process efficiency and effectiveness, supporting data-driven decisions.
- Process Analysis (Process Mining): Apply process mining techniques and tools to map, analyze, and identify areas for improvement in workflows.
- Process Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand and correctly implement processes, fostering ownership and adherence.
- Process Updates: Oversee regular process reviews and updates to reflect evolving business needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational changes.
- Legal & Compliance: Ensure all processes are designed and maintained in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement through structured initiatives that enhance process performance and business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with departments across the organization to understand operational challenges and co-develop process solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Change Management: Lead process transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption strategies.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, controls, and performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Your Profile
The Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business process management or similar roles, preferably in an international context.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus, not required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English.
