VistaJet in Lisbon seeks a Maintenance Operations Controller to act as the primary link among Maintenance Planning, Logistics, Engineering and Operations to keep our aircraft airworthy and maximize fleet use.

You will respond to pilots with technical issues, applying VistaJet training and your maintenance experience; the office-based role operates on a 4-on-4-off schedule with 12-hour days and monthly night coverage.

Competenze

• Knowledge of maintenance operations and aircraft manuals.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficient with standard computer tools.

Mansioni

• Act as Flight Crew focal point for maintenance/technical issues.
• Evaluate reported aircraft discrepancies and coordinate recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Handle parts requisition and coordination.
