ALEBS Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) in the Lisbon area seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead AP activities and ensure timely, accurate invoice processing and payments. You will coordinate with Treasury, Procurement and Master Data to keep SLAs and controls intact.

The role requires 6–8 years in accounts payable or finance with leadership experience and strong English. Multinational exposure is valued and growth with the Air Liquide Group is offered.

Qualificações

• Upper Intermediate English (written and spoken).
• Experience in a multinational company is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure cost-effective operation in Accounts Payables and promote high performance.
• Supervise and coordinate invoice booking to meet SLA.
• Coordinate supplier queries within defined time.
• Coordinate regular and urgent payments with Treasury/Master Data to ensure payments within SLA.
• Ensure Accounts Payable month-end activities are performed as planned.
• Collaborate with Procurement to resolve queries and improve processes (e.g. No PO No Pay, etc.).
• Coordinate records and ensure accuracy and compliance with finance controls.
