JoomPulse, based in Lisbon, is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join its international legal team. The successful candidate will provide full-cycle legal support for the JoomPulse business, ensuring compliance and drafting contracts under Brazilian law. They should have over 5 years of experience in a b2c product firm, be fluent in English and Portuguese, and possess project management skills. The role offers a base salary, performance bonuses, health insurance, and flexible working hours with remote options.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a b2c product firm, with IT at its core.
• Ability to find right tools and people to accomplish tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full‑cycle legal support for JoomPulse, from daily operations to conclusion of complex agreements.
• Work in tight coupling with tax team to navigate fiscal requirements in Brazil.
• Keep track of and control regulatory exposure.
• Draft, review, negotiate Brazilian law contracts.
• Maintain corporate structure to enable operations.
