Job summary

Moro Technology Corporation seeks an experienced Scrum Master/Delivery Manager to lead agile delivery across distributed teams. You will facilitate ceremonies, collaborate with Product Managers, and keep backlog healthy in a remote, international environment.

A 3–5 year background in Scrum/Agile, SAFe familiarity, and strong English communication are required. You will use Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Mural to drive clarity, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Scrum Master or Delivery Manager roles.
Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery frameworks.
Familiarity with SAFe is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrums, Planning, Retrospectives) in a remote, international environment.
Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization.
Monitor sprint progress, team capacity, and delivery health; communicate risks and status.
Track delivery metrics like velocity and cycle time to support transparency.
Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies.
Conduct structured 1:1s to align and support team delivery.
Ensure sustainable pace and high-quality outcomes aligned with customer needs.
Promote best practices and tooling to improve team efficiency and culture.
