Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accurate invoicing, payment processing and client data management.
• Effective verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Ability to manage multiple billing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in accounts receivable and billing processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices for clients based on contracts and system data.
• Coordinate billing and client information with relevant teams.
• Respond to client inquiries related to billing.
• Enter and maintain master data for clients.
• Manage the collection of outstanding balances from clients.
• Check daily for received payments and follow up on overdue amounts.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices or payments.
• Prepare month-end closing schedules and adjustments.
• Ensure transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
• Support data for annual audits and process improvements.
