Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung deutschsprachiger Kundenkontakte professionell betreuen.
• Verkaufsanfragen bearbeiten und Informationen zu Produkten geben.
• Kundenbedürfnisse identifizieren und passende Lösungen empfehlen.
• Sales-Prozess unterstützen und zu Teamzielen beitragen.
• Beziehungen zu Kunden aufbauen und pflegen.
• Kundendaten in internen Systemen aktuell halten.
• Mit Kolleg/Abteilungen zusammenarbeiten, um hochwertige Kundenerfahrung sicherzustellen.
