CB Talents in Lisbon is seeking a German-speaking Quality Analyst to join an international video-streaming project. You will review customer interactions, monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Previous QA experience and English level (B2 or higher) are required. The package includes a gross annual salary of €20,780, meal and transport allowances, health and life insurance with family coverage, a €2,000 relocation bonus, and an annual performance bonus.
