A leading customer experience company in Lisbon is seeking a Digital Marketing Customer Service Agent. This role involves providing expert advice and building client relationships to support digital advertising needs. The ideal candidate should be a native-level German speaker with customer service experience, and familiarity with digital marketing is advantageous. Your responsibilities and impact as a Digital Marketing Customer Service Agent will be:
Provide expert advice and support to business clients regarding their digital advertising needs
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and act as a consultant for online advertising strategies
Understand clients’ goals and match them with suitable ad solutions
Handle administrative elements such as invoicing
Conduct up-selling and cross-selling with existing clients
Support campaigns strategically and deliver advertiser training
Ensure top-level customer satisfaction through quality and result-oriented service
What’s in it for you?
Contract: 12-month fixed-term, renewable
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (no weekends)
Work model: Hybrid
Training: 5 weeks, paid at 90%
Salary options:
With free shared accommodation (all bills included): €1,033 gross/month + monthly bonus
Without accommodation: €1,390 gross/month + monthly bonus
Relocation package for international candidates:
Initial flight reimbursement after 9 months
Airport pick-up
Annual return flight to home country within the EU

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
Native-level German with a good command of English (B2 minimum)
Experience in customer service or sales
Familiarity with digital marketing or social media preferred
