Your responsibilities and impact as a Digital Marketing Customer Service Agent will be:

• Provide expert advice and support to business clients regarding their digital advertising needs

• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and act as a consultant for online advertising strategies

• Understand clients’ goals and match them with suitable ad solutions

• Handle administrative elements such as invoicing

• Conduct up-selling and cross-selling with existing clients

• Support campaigns strategically and deliver advertiser training

• Ensure top-level customer satisfaction through quality and result-oriented service

What’s in it for you?

• Contract: 12-month fixed-term, renewable

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (no weekends)

• Work model: Hybrid

• Training: 5 weeks, paid at 90%

• Salary options:

  • With free shared accommodation (all bills included): €1,033 gross/month + monthly bonus

  • Without accommodation: €1,390 gross/month + monthly bonus

• Relocation package for international candidates:

  • Initial flight reimbursement after 9 months

  • Airport pick-up

  • Annual return flight to home country within the EU
