Job Responsibilities

• Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for high-value advertising customers
• Create Keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
• Gather and analyze data at account and campaign levels
• Create reports to support optimization strategies
• Use optimization techniques aligned with customer goals across Search, GSN, Mobile, and YouTube
• Identify opportunities to help sales teams seize new business
• Maintain understanding of departmental processes and policies
• Provide excellent customer service to Account Leads
• Innovate and adapt operations as needed

Qualifications

• Native German speaker and fluent in English
• At least 1 year experience with Google Ads
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools: SEO, Keywords, AdWords, PPC techniques
• Strong work ethic, independent and team-oriented
• Proficiency in Excel: CTR, CPA, Vlookup, Pivot Tables
• Energetic, innovative, proactive
