Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to work on-site. You will assist German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, and resolve technical or account issues in an international team.

Relocation support, paid training, private health insurance and career progression opportunities are offered. Start ASAP with a monthly salary of €1,200 (14 payments) plus bonuses and allowances.

Qualificações

• Fluent German (C2) and English (B2+) required.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Must already be in Portugal or willing to relocate.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit.
