Are you a native German speaker with a passion for customer success? Join a high-growth SaaS company in Lisbon as a Customer Success Manager. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them implement our platform, deliver demos, and identify up-sell opportunities. Your key tasks include conducting onboarding and training sessions, scheduling regular check-ins, analyzing customer feedback, addressing queries and issues promptly, and working closely with product and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

We are looking for a service-driven team player with at least 2 years’ experience in customer success, account management or similar roles. You should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, be fluent in German and English, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Experience in the hospitality or technology sector and strong upselling or cross-selling abilities are highly desirable.
