Position: Customer Service German Speakers

Job Description

As a Customer Service German Speaker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Italian-speaking customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and providing solutions to their problems. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
  • Native or fluent German speaker
