Overview

Position: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work model: On-site

Employment type: permanent contract

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses

Responsibilities
  • Customer support to German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
  • Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
  • Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
  • Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing
Qualifications
  • Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Ability to listen actively, identify, apply and explain product and/or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customers
  • Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
  • Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications
  • high priority placed on customer service
  • Curious and persistent in solving issues
  • Organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
Offer
  • Working hours: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00 with the possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreement
  • Days off: 2 days (rotative)/ 2 weekends per month (rotative)
