As a Sales & Account Manager, you'll act as the key link between agencies and their clients. Your role is to develop strong connections, understand client objectives, and work closely with internal teams to deliver tier solutions. This position blends sales development, client management, and strategic insight, making it an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in dynamic, focused environments.

Responsibilities
  • Reach out through calls, emails, video meetings, and LinkedIn using both German and English to deliver engaging conversations.
  • Lead outreach initiatives to identify prospects, generate leads, and build long-term business relationships.
  • Position yourself as a trusted consultant for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Strengthen and expand client partnerships, becoming a valued partner in their business journey.
Requirements
  • Background in sales, account management, or facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and motivation to achieve sales targets within a team.
  • Relocation support: refunded initial flight to Portugal.
  • Company-provided housing: private room in a shared apartment with covered utilities (water, electricity, internet, TV, cleaning services).

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00.
