BlueView Talent is hiring a Junior Accounts Receivable / O2C Specialist to support daily finance activities, process invoices, allocate payments, and maintain customer accounts with guidance from senior colleagues.

You will work in a collaborative international team focused on accurate financial record-keeping and timely order-to-cash operations, developing your skills in a structured environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Finance Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (C1).
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and allocate payments.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with follow-ups.
• Review financial documents and verify customer accounts.
• Assist with account reconciliations and investigate billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment and account-related queries.
• Follow financial procedures and internal controls.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate complex cases.
• Meet KPIs related to accuracy and processing times.
• Participate in training to develop knowledge of finance systems and O2C processes.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (C1 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Finance Operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
