What you’ll do

You will be providing CX Customer (back-office) Support experience for a Streaming video platform.

Channels: Dual Chat and e-mail

Work from the Office - Onsite

Location: Alcântara / Lacs Conde D'Óbidos / Lisbon

  • Customer Support for monetization purposes
  • Understand and remain up to date with client’s policies and guidelines
  • Support with Account and Settings
  • Policy, Safety and Copyright management
