Qualificações

• Must possess solid knowledge or experience in Digital Marketing and Web Design.
• Ability to understand the difference between SEO and SEM, UI and UX.
• Genuine enthusiasm for tech trends and helping clients.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with inquiries related to Web Design and Digital Marketing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Conhecimentos

Native or near-native level of German (C1/C2)

Fluent English

Knowledge of Digital Marketing
