Kats Recruitment is seeking a German-speaking Content Moderation Specialist to join our Lisbon office. You will review German user-generated content, enforce platform policies, and help maintain community safety in German-speaking markets.

The role offers a full relocation package to Lisbon, including accommodation, and an office-based work model in a modern Lisbon workspace. Ideal candidates are native or near-native in German (C1/C2) with English (B2), EU/EEA passport or Portuguese permit, and

Qualificações

• Native or near-native German (C1/C2) required.
• Good working proficiency in English (B2).
• EU/EEA passport or valid Portuguese residence/work permit.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Content Review: Analyze German user-generated content against policies.
• Policy Enforcement: Make decisions to remove or escalate content as needed.
• Platform Quality & Safety: Identify trends and refine safety protocols.
• Data Logging: Document moderation actions in internal systems.
