The role involves reviewing content, maintaining compliance with platform policies, and providing a safe user experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong moderation skills, bilingual fluency in German and English, and excellent judgment under pressure. A modern office and comprehensive training are provided.

Qualificações

• Strong moderation skills with excellent communication and judgment.
• Ability to manage high workloads, particularly during peak promotional periods.
• Customer-oriented and capable of balanced decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Review and moderate content in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
• Ensure uploaded content complies with platform policies, legal regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Identify and elevate issues through the proper internal channels.
