Located just 30 minutes from Lisbon, DOMA is growing, and we are looking for a talented Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team and help us give visibility to these projects through creative storytelling, partnerships, and community connection.

About DOMA Portugal

Located 30 minutes away from Lisbon, DOMA sits on a forested estate where people come to stay, gather, and create. The grounds include 35 rooms, a Café & Bakery, an à la carte restaurant, coworking studios, forest trails, and event spaces — from quiet corners to gatherings of up to 350 people.

About ATMOS Steam Center

With roots in LA, Bali, and Portugal, ATMOS is a visionary wellness concept offering transformative, multi-sensory Steam rituals and intention-led practices. Nestled in the pine forest at DOMA, it’s a sanctuary where people reconnect with body and breath through guided Steam journeys, yoga, sound healing, and somatic sessions — creating space for balance, renewal, and community.

Position: Marketing & Communications Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media with creativity and consistency with sales approach
• Produce and edit graphic and visual content aligned with the brand, mainly for social media and the website.
• Update and maintain the website and digital channels.
• Support the brand’s global communication (press, partnerships, PR) and its positioning within local communities.
• Communicate workshops, sessions, and programs in an agile way, according to the calendar and needs.

Requirements / Desired Profile:

• Dynamic, creative, and positive, with the ability to work in a team, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to fast-paced deadlines.
• Knowledge of and sensitivity to the different local (and international) communities in the Ericeira and Mafra region, connected to sports, wellness, social life, and holistic, alternative, and creative practices.
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to turn ideas into inspiring visual messages aligned with the brand.
• Experience in social media management, content design, and digital marketing.
