Job summary

GuestWorld is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to identify opportunities and build generative AI solutions across business units. You will design, implement, test, and deploy models, ensuring scalable, reusable components and robust data pipelines.

You will work with Python, ML frameworks, and cloud services, contribute to governance and CI/CD practices, and collaborate across disciplines to raise the quality and impact of AI solutions in a growing outsourcing environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience developing AI/ML solutions, including generative artificial intelligence projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and develop generative AI and machine learning use cases in collaboration with business areas, ensuring value creation
• Design, develop, test, and implement AI/ML solutions, from functional and technical specifications through to production deployment
• Contribute to defining and evolving the architecture of AI solutions, promoting the development of scalable, modular, and reusable components, services, and frameworks
• Ensure data preparation, transformation, and modeling, guaranteeing the reliability, quality, and contextualization of the information used by the solutions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and evolve solutions, promoting knowledge sharing and the adoption of good technological practices
• Identify opportunities to improve code, architecture, and development processes, contributing to automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement

• Identify opportunities and develop generative AI and machine learning use cases in collaboration with business areas, ensuring value creation
• Design, develop, test, and implement AI/ML solutions, from functional and technical specifications through to production deployment

Требования

• At least 3 years of experience developing AI/ML solutions, including generative artificial intelligence projects
• Experience designing solutions, defining architectures, and developing scalable and reusable frameworks
• Knowledge of LLMs, including Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, and model evaluation
• Experience with Python and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and MLflow), as well as data preparation and modeling and SQL
• Knowledge of cloud AI/ML services (preferably Azure), Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices
• Knowledge of AI Governance, ethics, bias mitigation, and model explainability (XAI)
• Analytical skills, critical thinking, autonomy, initiative, and results orientation
• Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with different stakeholders, team spirit, and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to plan and organize, a sense of responsibility, and a focus on quality and continuous improvement
