Qualifikationen

• Степень бакалавра или магистра в области CS/AI/SE или смежной области.
• Опыт разработки Generative AI на Python.
• Опыт работы с LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI и т. д.).
• Знания RAG-архитектур и семантического поиска.
• Опыт оркестрации AI через LangChain, LlamaIndex или аналоги.
• Опыт создания AI-агентов и разговорных систем.
• Знания векторных баз данных (Pinecone, Weaviate и пр.).
• Интеграция AI в бэкенд через API, облачные платформы (Azure Vertex, Vertex AI и пр.).
• Понимание промпт-инжиниринга, оценки LLM, наблюдаемости и ответственного AI.
• Знакомство с Docker, Kubernetes и CI/CD.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or related fields
• Proven experience developing Generative AI applications using Python
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama or similar
• Strong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and semantic search
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar
• Experience building AI Agents and intelligent conversational systems
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Azure AI Search, Weaviate, ChromaDB or similar
• Experience integrating AI solutions into backend services and enterprise applications through APIs
• Knowledge of cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI or Amazon Bedrock
• Understanding of prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, observability and responsible AI practices
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines is valued
• Fluency in English
