Euronext is launching an AI Trainee Program in Porto, Portugal, a 12‑month development initiative offering hands-on experience across the full AI lifecycle. You will work on production‑grade AI solutions, from autonomous AI agents to document intelligence pipelines, with mentorship from senior AI developers and exposure to cutting‑edge tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field
• Solid knowledge of Python and software development best practices
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Understanding of machine learning, deep learning and generative AI concepts
• Interest in LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and AI agents
• Awareness of RESTful APIs, from a user perspective
• Nice to have: exposure to cloud services (AWS or Azure), FastAPI, or frontend development
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, written and spoken

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to production-grade Generative AI solutions across Europe
• Build and improve AI agents that browse websites, extract data and validate regulatory information
• Develop RAG-based chatbots and conversational assistants for internal/external users
• Create document intelligence pipelines to parse, classify and extract data from financial documents
• Integrate AI capabilities via REST APIs, MCP servers and orchestration frameworks
• Support monitoring, testing and troubleshooting of AI solutions in production
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver training
