A multinational customer service leader in Lisbon is looking for a Gaming Specialist to provide back-office support. You will assist gamers, solve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in a dynamic, multicultural environment. The role requires native-level French and a good command of English. Your responsibilities and impact as Gaming Specialist Back Office will be:
Helping gamers overcome challenges and progress through levels
Advising users on gaming-related questions and best practices
Solving installation issues and fixing bugs to ensure a smooth experience
Handling account and billing-related queries
Providing assistance via chat or email
Staying updated on the latest developments in the gaming industry
Ensuring a high-quality customer experience and satisfaction
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
Native-level French with a good command of English
Customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Motivated, reliable, and committed to excellence

Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
What’s in it for you?
Type of contract: Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year
Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts between 6:00 and 22:00
Salary options:
With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1040 gross/month
Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month
Relocation package for international candidates:
Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
Airport pick-up upon arrival
Yearly two-way flight ticket to your home country (within the EU)
