Dellent is seeking a Functional Support Analyst for a project in Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid). The role focuses on supporting financial operations within Global Markets, requiring a degree in Economics, 3–6 years of experience, and solid SQL knowledge.

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Functional Support Analyst to work in this project in Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements

• Have a degree in Economics (or related);
• Between 3 and 6 years of experience;
• Financial products knowledge;
• SQL knowledge and experience;
• Capability to interact with different users;
• Be interested to learn the Global Markets business;
• Very good communication in English, both orally and written;
• Previous experience in support is a plus;
• French language is a plus.;
