Our expertise is in high demand and we are now looking for 3 new colleagues to join our Portugal Talent Hub. We are hiring medior or senior Fullstack Web Developers to join our customer teams, delivering high-quality software products to our Nordics and USA customers.

Vincit teams deeply analyze our clients' cases to understand their goals, problems, and reasons. Your role is to create technical solutions that perfectly match the needs, and are efficient to implement and maintain. You will work in a collaborative environment as part of an agile development team, closely with designers and other specialists. Your main task is to write efficient, clean, and testable code. Since projects vary greatly in databases, frameworks, APIs, and cloud environments, a generalist approach to software development is a strength.

Ideally, you enjoy collaborating directly with clients, feel confident working independently, and can communicate fluently in English with both technical and non-technical audiences.

What does the job involve?

Here is an overview of your key responsibilities:

1. Software development: as part of a team typically comprising Vincit and customer experts.
2. Consulting: advising our clients on the best ways to achieve their goals through smart technology choices and working methods, including AI tools.
3. DevOps: utilizing cloud, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD tools to deploy and automate infrastructure and delivery processes.

What are we looking for?

We don’t expect you to be a unicorn, but the more you know about the following, the better:

• Versatility — proficiency in at least one other language such as Python, Go, Rust, PHP, .NET, or Java.
• Experience working in international teams with English.
• Cloud and DevOps skills.
• AI-assisted development and testing.
• Mobile development experience with frameworks like React Native or Flutter.

Additional qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience for medior role / 7 years for senior.
• Experience working in international teams.
• Good command of English and excellent communication skills.
• Proactiveness and discipline to manage your own work.
• Location anywhere in Portugal.
• Preferred start: September-October.
