Decskill is searching for a Fullstack Engineer for a hybrid project in Porto, requiring once a week in-office attendance. With over 4 years of experience, candidates should possess expertise in Java and/or Kotlin, alongside AWS services knowledge.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of proven experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong expertise in Java and/or Kotlin.
• Experience with Cloud AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS.

We would like to meet a Fullstack Engineer for a hybrid project based in Porto (once a week in the office)

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• + 4 years of proven experience as a full-stack developer, with expertise in Java and/or Kotlin.
• Experience with Cloud AWS services (e.g. EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS).
• Knowledge of hexagonal architecture, Kafka, API gateways, microservices architecture and DevOps practices is considered a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and implementation to demonstrations and final product delivery.
• Actively contribute as a member of the product team, identifying and proposing improvements to enhance the development process.
• Develop internal digital products, writing clean, high-quality code and taking ownership of software quality and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate on the definition, specification, and design of modular, integrated software solutions, and design and implement automated tests to ensure reliability.
• Support the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
