Natixis in Portugal seeks a Full Stack Team Leader (French Speaker) to lead its BPCE-SI team in a hybrid Lisbon or Porto office. You will mentor a developping team while delivering robust web applications using Java Spring Boot and Angular.

Fluency in French (C1/C2) and professional English are required, with a focus on agile delivery and stakeholder communication. The role blends leadership with hands-on development in a dynamic IT environment.

Qualificações

• Backend: 9+ years of Java development with Spring Boot, Hibernate, microservices architecture.
• Frontend: strong Angular experience with state management and RxJS.
• Database & DevOps: relational/non-relational DBs, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) valued.

Responsabilidades

• People Leadership & Delivery: mentor, conduct 1-on-1s, and set quarterly OKRs/KPIs.
• Hands-on Dev: architect and maintain robust web apps using Java/Spring Boot and Angular.
• Technical Vision: contribute to high-level architectural decisions and roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Management: translate requirements into technical plans and communicate progress.
