Job summary

Inetum ищет Full-Stack разработчика для международной AI‑команды, чтобы развивать современную Multi-cloud GenAI платформу (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). Вы будете создавать безопасные API, участвовать во всём цикле разработки и улучшать производительность платформы.

Требования: 5+ лет веб‑разработки (Node.js/TypeScript/JavaScript), React/Next.js (базово‑средний уровень), Unit и E2E тестирование, CI/CD (Azure DevOps или аналог). IAС, OpenAI/Azure AI, промпт‑инжиниринг, английский не менее B1.

Responsibilities

• Design, разработка и улучшение функций AI‑платформы

Inetum is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join an international AI product team, contributing to the development of a cutting-edge Multi-cloud GenAI platform (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). You will play a key role in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions while continuously improving platform capabilities and efficiency.

Задачи:

• Design, develop, and enhance features within an AI-powered platform (Secure GPT-type services, document processing, automation, APIs, etc.)
• Contribute to the full development lifecycle: analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Build and maintain scalable APIs and backend services
• Define and track KPIs to measure platform performance and usage
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, and international teams
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and engineering standards
• Identify and implement improvements in processes, automation, and platform efficiency
• High-quality, tested, and production-ready software components
• Technical documentation (architecture, APIs, features)
• Monitoring dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Automated workflows and scripts to improve operations
• Continuous improvement initiatives and enhancements

Требования:

• 5+ years of experience in web application development Node.js / TypeScript / JavaScript API design and development
• React / Next.js (basic to intermediate level)
• Unit testing and End-to-End (E2E)
• App Services, Cosmos DB, Application Insights, monitoring
• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
• DevOps practices and automation
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) fundamentals
• OpenAI, Azure AI, or similar RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Agent-based / autonomous AI systems
• Strong experience in prompt engineering
• Autonomous and proactive mindset – able to own topics end-to-end
• Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills in English (B1+ minimum)
• Team player, comfortable in international environments
• Adaptable to evolving priorities and fast-paced contexts
