Job summary

emagine seeks a DevOps Engineer to build and operate the cloud foundation for the Central AI team and AI Hubs in Portugal. The role centers on Azure-based infrastructure, with support for selected AWS workloads to keep AI platforms production-ready.

You will automate provisioning, CI/CD, observability, secrets management, and cost controls for AI workloads, collaborating with security, data protection, and local teams to onboard environments and continuously improve reliability.

As DevOps Engineer, you will build and operate the cloud foundation for the Central AI team and AI Hubs. Your mission is to ensure AI use cases, agents, data products, and platform components are reliable, scalable, secure, and production-ready. This hands-on role requires collaboration with various teams to design and automate cloud-native infrastructure, with a strong focus on Azure, while also supporting selected AWS-based workloads.

Задачи:

Build and operate cloud-native infrastructure for AI solutions, data pipelines, APIs, agents, and platform services. Create reusable infrastructure, deployment, observability, and environment patterns. Automate provisioning, configuration, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, secrets management, and cost controls for AI workloads. Support cloud architecture decisions for agentic workflows and model integrations. Collaborate with security and data protection teams to ensure compliance with standards. Work with local teams to onboard environments and troubleshoot deployments. Continuously improve platform reliability and operational maturity.

Требования:

Experience with cloud-native development and deployment, particularly in Azure. Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure automation (IaC) and CI/CD. Solid engineering skills in Python, SQL, and optionally TypeScript. Experience in cross-functional, international teams. Understanding of enterprise data engineering concepts with hands-on experience. Proficiency using GenAI software engineering tools. Fluent in English.
