Amgen Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon seeks a Specialist Software Engineer - Full Stack & AI to design, develop, and maintain cloud-based software solutions. You will work with product teams to deliver scalable, high-quality applications that leverage generative AI and LLMs, while mentoring peers and owning projects end-to-end.

The role emphasizes collaboration across disciplines, rapid prototyping, and strong communication within global teams.

Qualificações

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field with relevant work experience.
• 4–6 years (Master’s) or 6–8 years (Bachelor’s) in CS/IT or related field; higher experience acceptable.
• Strong cloud, full stack development, and AI/LLM tooling experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using LLMs like OpenAI GPT.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.
• Own complex software projects from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align tech with business goals.
• Develop architectures on the cloud with emphasis on reliability and performance.
• Implement monitoring, disaster recovery, and documentation.
