Farfetch is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join our global engineering team in Porto or Lisbon. You will own the technical lifecycle of high-scale web products, influence architecture, contribute to open-source ecosystem, and help shape a scalable design system used by millions of fashion enthusiasts.

This role operates in a hybrid model, balancing targeted remote work with in-person collaboration at our Porto or Lisbon hubs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of front-end development experience in collaborative teams.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript and React.
• Experience building scalable web apps and contributing to design systems.
• Familiarity with testing using Jest and testing-library tools.

Responsabilités

• Architect and influence global-scale frontend solutions for Farfetch.com.
• Own end-to-end delivery of personalized user experiences.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams across Product, Design and Backend.
• Contribute to open-source packages and evolve the design system.
• Optimize web performance and integrate GraphQL where needed.
