Job summary

Farfetch is hiring a Junior Software Engineer – Full Stack in Porto to join multiple teams building B2B applications on the Farfetch Platform. You will work with React, TypeScript, Blazor, .NET and GraphQL, growing your frontend and full-stack skills in a collaborative engineering environment.

You will contribute to frontend features, integrate with backend services, participate in code reviews, and progressively take ownership of tasks while learning new technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Foundational frontend knowledge with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Familiar with React, Blazor or another modern frontend framework.
• Interest in TypeScript, React, Blazor and .NET ecosystem.
• Willing to learn and write clean, testable code.
• Familiar with Git workflows and source control.

Responsibilities

• Develop frontend features for B2B applications using React, TS and Blazor.
• Contribute to apps built with JavaScript/TypeScript and C#/.NET, with mentorship.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering to deliver intuitive UX.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following engineering practices.
• Build reusable UI components to ensure consistency across apps.
• Integrate frontend apps with backend services and APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
