Reaktor Lisbon is seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join one of our Business Units in Lisbon. You’ll work across modern web applications, backend services and production systems, solving ambiguous problems with clients in a low‑hierarchy environment.

You will support clients across digital product, platform and service domains, collaborating with client tech teams, designers and product people to turn ambiguous requirements into working software.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in backend service development with Node.js, Java, Kotlin, Scala, Python or similar.
• Experience shipping production-grade digital products.
• Comfortable with full delivery lifecycle from implementation to testing and deployment.
• Understanding of cloud environments, CI/CD, deployments and production operations.
• Ability to work directly with clients, stakeholders and other disciplines in a senior, consultative role.
• Hands-on mindset with technical credibility and contribution to delivery.
• Fluent verbal and written English skills for international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Build and improve modern web applications, backend services, APIs and data models.
• Work across frontend, backend and infrastructure depending on client needs.
• Help clients choose technologies, architecture and delivery approaches.
• Contribute to cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, deployments and production quality.
• Debug, test, monitor and improve production-grade systems.
• Collaborate with client tech teams, designers, and product people.
