Position Summary

For Froneri’s Distribution team, we are currently looking for a Distribution Supervisor. Reporting to Regional Distribution Manager, this professional will be responsible for the implementation of the strategy defined by the company and for the assigned distributors.

A day in the life of...
  • Support the Regional Manager in achieving the purchasing and sales plans by informing them directly;
  • Communicate with the Distributor and ensure that the priorities defined by the company are executed correctly;
  • Ensure compliance and monitoring of all processes and standards defined by the company in the assigned Distributors;
  • Conduct weekly follow-ups on the management plan, identifying gaps, proposing corrective plans to the Distributor, and executing them;
  • Weekly briefings with the assigned Distributors on the main management KPIs;
  • Control, implementation, and monitoring of the commercial media policy;
  • Identify best practices for dissemination to other Distributors;
  • Periodically visit the top clients of assigned Distributors with the objective of developing their sales;
  • Identify market opportunities by prospecting potential clients;
  • Validation and verification of commercial costs in the Distributors (annual rebates, monthly shares, and special actions), proposing cost improvements to the Distributor and implementing the company's policy.
What Will Make You Successful
  • Experience in the OOH Sales area and in the Distributor Sales field;
  • Knowledge of the OOH channel as well as the local market (according to Region and Distributors under their responsibility);
  • Understanding of the operation and management of the Distributor world (especially those working with ice cream, frozen products, etc.);
  • Fluency in Portuguese (Spanish is a plus);
  • Possession of driving license B;
  • Availability to mobility;
  • Desirable experience in team management;
  • Ability to influence;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Communication skills;
  • Results-oriented.
