Ersilia is seeking an Operations Customer Expert in Porto to support the French market for a road infrastructure services provider. You will assist truck drivers and logistics companies via phone and email in French and English, handling tolls, revenue collection, and inquiries.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, customer service excellence, and collaboration to hit operational targets. Portuguese contract with full social security and benefits offered.

Qualificações
