Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products or services

• Present and explain product benefits to customers and identify their needs

• Handle customer objections and close sales effectively

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Manage customer accounts and update the CRM system with accurate information

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

• Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and performance

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken)

• Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

• Excellent
