Your responsibilities

• Solve issues that arise during the booking process.

• Provide clear instructions and actively help customers find the right booking.

• Follow up with travelers during their vacation, offering solutions including refunds when required.

• Manage and expand the client network.

• Ensure qualified lead generation and maintain strong customer relationships.

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.

• Fluent in French with good English skills.

What’s in it for you?

• Contract: Long-term fixed-term, renewable annually.

• Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 7 am – 7 pm.

• Salary:

  • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month.

  • Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month.
