Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Specialist to join an international customer support team in Porto, Portugal. You may handle L1 or L2 support levels based on your experience and technical background, assisting customers in French and English.

You will communicate professionally, use your technical knowledge to resolve issues, and work collaboratively within an international support environment. A strong focus on clear, customer-focused service is required.

Qualificações

• Fluent French required.
• Good level of English.
• IT knowledge is advantageous for L1 roles.
• Previous experience in a similar support role for L2.

We are looking for a French-Speaking Helpdesk Support Specialist to join an international customer support team in Porto, Portugal.

Depending on your experience and technical background, you may join the team at L1 or L2 support level, assisting customers and providing professional support in French and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 or L2 customer support depending on your experience and technical knowledge.
• Assist customers with their support-related inquiries.
• Communicate professionally with customers in French and English.
• Use your technical knowledge to understand and address customer needs.
• Deliver clear, efficient, and customer-focused support.
• Work collaboratively within an international support environment.

Requirements

• Fluent French.
• Good level of English.
• IT knowledge is an advantage for L1 positions.
• Previous experience in a similar support role is required for L2 positions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must currently reside in or around Porto, Portugal.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit is required.

Working Schedule

L1

• Monday to Friday.
• Working hours: 09:00–18:00.

L2

• Monday to Friday, with additional Saturday shifts.
• Monday–Friday: 09:00–18:00.
• Saturday shifts between 10:00–20:00.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting base salary: €1,019 gross per month, paid 14 times per year.

Please note: Relocation support is not provided for this position. Candidates should already be based in or near Porto.

Final salary and contractual conditions will depend on the support level and will be confirmed during the official offer process.
