A leading customer experience specialist in Lisbon is seeking a Financial Customer Support agent to assist customers of a prominent banking and fintech partner. The role involves providing technical support, handling banking queries, and fostering a collaborative environment. This position offers a permanent contract with a salary of 890€ gross/month and various benefits including performance bonuses and training opportunities.

Your responsibilities and impact as Financial Customer Support will be:

  • Create and update personnel, financial, and other data in internal databases

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native level of French (mandatory)

  • Motivation to work abroad and integrate into a multicultural team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French

  • Team player with a proactive attitude

  • Previous experience in customer service or credit recovery is a plus

  • Sales or commercial background is a plus

What’s in it for you?

  • Contract: Permanent contract

  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM

  • Salary package:

    • 890€ gross/month x14

    • Up to 100€ monthly performance bonus

    • Meal vouchers of 7.23€ per workday

    • Partial reimbursement of transportation costs

    • Private health and dental insurance after 6 months

Relocation support for candidates outside Portugal:

  • Reimbursement of your initial flight (up to 400€) after 4 months

  • 4 months’ accommodation in a shared flat (rental fee applies)
