CB Talents in Porto is hiring a French-speaking Customer Support Advisor for an on-site role. You will assist Bouygues Telecom customers with subscriptions, billing and technical questions, handling inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. The package includes €1,383 gross per month, €9 daily meal allowance, a monthly performance bonus, private health insurance after four months and up to €40 transport reimbursement.

Qualificações

• Native or C2-level French required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts Mon-Sat 07:00–19:00.
