We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused French-Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our client'steam. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

There are options of working onsite orworking from your home in Braga.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to provide top-notch support and assistance.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience and improve service quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Identify and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary to ensure quick resolution.

Requirements:
