Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Advisor will be:

  • Making first contact with potential customers in France via phone and email

  • Identifying client needs and booking insurance meetings directly into advisers’ calendars

  • Acting as the link between customer and insurer (no direct selling)

  • Managing customer inquiries and providing solutions when issues arise

  • Working closely with teammates to ensure high performance and team success

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native-level French and advanced English skills

  • Interest in customer relations and problem solving

  • Energetic, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

  • Excited to work in a multicultural team and live an expatriate experience

  • Willingness to relocate to Lisbon

  • Valid Portuguese work permit required

What’s in it for you?

  • Contract: Full-time, 6-month fixed-term

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 39h/week on rotating shifts (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

  • Salary package:

    • 890€ gross/month ×14

      • 100€ monthly performance bonus

      • 60€ monthly complexity bonus

      • meal vouchers of 7.63€/workday

  • Relocation support (for candidates outside Portugal):

    • Reimbursement of up to 400€ for initial flight (after 6 months)

    • Accommodation in shared flat for 1 year (rental fee applies)
