Innopath Consulting Lda is seeking a French-Speaking Credit Customer Advisor for an on-site role in Braga, Portugal. You will support customers with existing credit agreements and financing options, delivering personalised, professional service and building lasting relationships.

The role involves rotational shifts (including Saturdays) and a six-month contract, with opportunities to gain experience in consumer finance and customer service. Strong French language skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Fluent French, written and spoken.
• Residing in Portugal, Braga area.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and personalise interactions.
• Confident and reassuring telephone manner.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work on-site in Braga.
• Rotational shifts including Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone regarding existing credit agreements and new financing requests.
• Analyse each customer's needs, expectations, and individual circumstances.
• Personalise interactions and provide clear, reassuring, and appropriate solutions.
• Present suitable financing options based on the customer's needs.
• Build lasting, high-quality relationships with customers.
• Handle both incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Identify and develop relevant commercial opportunities during customer interactions.
• Manage assigned customer files accurately and efficiently. Follow all applicable procedures, security requirements, and internal guidelines.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
