Your responsibilities and impact as a Beauty Customer Service Agent will be:

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, payments, and shipping

  • Providing support via email while maintaining a calm, friendly, and professional tone

  • Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native-level French speaker

  • Passion for the beauty and make-up industry (experience or studies in the sector is a plus)

  • Motivated, reliable, and adaptable individual

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Enjoy working in an international environment and open to relocating abroad

  • EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required

What’s in it for you?

  • Contract: 10-month temporary contract

  • Working hours: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM

  • Salary package:

    • 850€ gross/month ×14

    • Up to 100€ monthly performance bonus

    • 7.23€ meal vouchers per workday

    • Partial transportation reimbursement

    • Private health and dental insurance after 6 months

  • Relocation package (for candidates outside Portugal):

    • Reimbursement of initial flight ticket up to 400€ after 4 months

    • Accommodation in shared flat for 4 months (rental fee applies)
