As a Customer Support Representative, you will address customer inquiries across multiple channels regarding subscriptions, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other topics. You will deliver clear and effective solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout interactions.

Requirements

• No previous experience required. We welcome individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a customer-facing role.
• You are native or C2-level proficient in French.
• Able to communicate clearly and efficiently in a customer support environment.

Location & Work Schedule

• On-site position in Porto, Portugal.
• Monday to Saturday rotating shifts, between 7 AM – 7 PM.
