Qualificações

• Fluência em francês requerida.
• Nível mínimo B2 em inglês (falado e escrito).

Responsabilidades

• Gerenciar processos de recrutamento de ponta a ponta para clientes internacionais.
• Realizar entrevistas e avaliar a adequação dos candidatos.
• Colaborar com gerentes de contratação para entender necessidades.

As our business continues to expand rapidly, we are strengthening our Recruitment Team and looking for motivated and experienced Recruiters who speaks Frenchto help us find top talent across Europe.

? What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international clients
• Source and screen candidates across various job portals and platforms
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
• Work from our office in Lisbonor in Braga/Porto
• Contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic team

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in French
• Minimum B2 level in English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
• Available to work on-site or in a hybrid model
• A team player with a passion for people and talent acquisition
