Talent Search People in Porto is seeking a French-speaking Payroll Specialist to join our multicultural hub. You will own the payroll cycle for French-speaking employees and serve as the go-to expert on taxes, social security, and labor law.

This hybrid role offers collaboration with a global HR team, exposure to an international payroll environment, and a clear path for development, with competitive compensation and benefits in Porto.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and strong command of English.
• Experience in Payroll or HR Administration; knowledge of French labor law is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel and HRIS tools (SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end payroll cycle for French-speaking employees.
• Advise on taxes, social security, and labor law.
• Audit and manage HR data in HRIS.
• Collaborate with global HR to improve processes.
