Your Role

As a Video Content Analyst (Customer Support), you will:

  • Handle incoming calls
  • Provide support on subscriptions, billing, and technical troubleshooting

Your Profile

  • Native or C2-level French speaker
  • No previous experience required, full training provided
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and dynamic environments

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts between 07:00-19:00
